PetConnect is a technology platform by Accenture that focuses on pet care solutions. To prepare for the proposal meeting, we developed a set of strategies to involve the customer before and during the presentation.

Innovation at Coke had fizzled out. They needed to shake things up. We gave them a movement; one that encourages employees to contribute big ideas that quench Coke customer’s thirst for the New. Coke had become complicit by resting on its legacy of success, resulting in stalled innovation and failure to keep up with changing customer need.

We empowered the CCO with a way to motivate change from within the company.

SOLUTION

I supported the development and execution of Design Thinking workshops to create customer-centric creative strategies that would reignite innovation. The comprehensive approach included a manifesto for the CCO to present to top executives, interactive workshop sessions, and an internal employee campaign. We also created a compelling video highlighting why innovation is imperative to staying profitable by showcasing high-profile companies that failed to get ahead of the future, proving that current and past success does not guarantee future results.

RESULT

The comprehensive strategy reignited Coke's innovation culture and established an ongoing engagement to drive their business innovation forward.
